Terms of Use
1. Scope & provider
These terms apply to the use of Soundl, operated by Daniel Pfeiffer. By using the app you agree to them.
2. The service
Soundl lets guests of an event wish songs and vote on the wishlist; the favourite is suggested to the event. The service is free and provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
3. Account
Wishing and voting require sign-in (via Google, Facebook, Spotify or email and password). Keep your credentials secret and provide accurate details when registering.
4. Rules of conduct
- No unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content in song titles, artists or display names.
- No vote manipulation and no automated access.
- The event admin may moderate, remove entries and close the event.
5. User content
You are responsible for the content you enter. We do not adopt it as our own and may remove it if it infringes rights.
6. Paid features
Use is currently free. Separate terms will apply to any future paid features; consumers will then have the statutory right of withdrawal. These will be added before such features are activated.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions. Otherwise liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual duties and the foreseeable, typical damage. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is given.
8. Changes
We may adjust these terms where objectively justified. The current version is always available here.
9. Governing law
German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays in force. Questions: pfeiffer@plive.de.
